Welcome to your '24 days of Movement Moments'. Over the duration, you'll open the door to improved mobility as I reveal a different exercise or short combo of movements to keep you focused on mobility, strength, motivation and positivity. Each door of activity will take you no more than 5 minutes to complete. A manageable bit of goodness. The daily movements are simply one exercise or a combination of a few...no long workouts or complicated things to remember, however feel free to add some exercises from other days for an extended practice as you move into the month.
