Service Description
A ‘discovery call’ will involve chatting with your personal trainer about your current health and fitness, desires for training, past activity, nutrition and any injuries you may have. We’ll speak briefly about your life stage, personal goals and any challenges you may be facing. Meeting details: Online meeting (Zoom or phone if preferred). Please join via the calendar link once scheduled. If a call is more convenient, please give a heads up and ensure your phone number has been added to the invite.
