This online intro session with your coach will prepare you to progress with your online plan.
Service Description
This online intro session with your personal trainer will dive into: - Your current activity - A look at your schedule and how we can make changes if necessary to the way you incorporate activity - Explanations of training types to be incorporated into your plan - Answering any questions you may have regarding training and revise movements if necessary - Identify your goals and events Meeting details: Google meet. Please join via the calendar link once scheduled. If a call is more convenient, please give a heads up and ensure your number has been added to the invite. Meeting length: Up to 60 minutes
