1-2-1 Training with Théa: 12 x 1hr training sessions in person, in the gym or outdoors
Service Description
Having gained a solid foundation of movement patterns, training zones and exercise intensities, we'll look at specific goals or upcoming events and how to progress towards them. Your training will be specific to get you to the event, have fun or enhance your performance if a competitive edge is your character! You’ll learn beyond the basics of training techniques and how to complete a wide variety of workouts. You will become stronger and even more confident with your training and within yourself. We use progressive overload to increase your strength and endurance, so lifting more weight, running faster and training ‘smarter.’ Training location details: Workout Bristol Brewery Court North St Ashton Bristol BS3 1JS AND/OR (on occasions the nearby location of….) Blue Sky Sports Physiotherapy 1 Marsh Rd Ashton Rd Ashton Gate Bristol BS3 2NA AND/OR Outdoors in the local park or area depending on planned training. (Prior info will be given/if the meeting point is different from the above fixed training gym) Personal training meeting length: 60 minutes
