An educational course that will take you back to the paramount foundations of moving well. From here you will learn how to build strength and fitness through the most important training types for you and your individual fitness & movement needs. Also includes: - Access to consolidation material via app - Access to workout examples - 1 x 60 min ‘planning session’ (non-gym)...'how to structure your training' - Additional resources and challenges via app Invest upfront (Recommended): Block of 12 training sessions: £540.00 (or £498.00 if deposit for 'intro session' already paid) Spread your investment: Block of 6 training sessions: Two payments of £270.00 (note, deposit for 'intro to training' will not be deducted if spreading your investment) Training slots are in high demand.
