An educational course that will take you back to the paramount foundations of moving well. From here you will learn how to build strength and fitness through the most important training types for you and your individual fitness & movement test results. To include: Access to consolidation material via app Access to workout examples 1 x 60 min ‘planning session’ (non-gym)...how to structure your training Additional resources and challenges via app Intro session: 60 min in person/in the gym: £42.00 deposit required. Deposit redeemable if pursuing to a 12 block course.
